     India is a most beautiful country of Asia. India is a secular country. India was declared independent from British colonialism on 15th August 1947. Indians, truly live by the mantra of Atithi Devo Bhava which means "Guest is equivalent to God and treat our guests with love, respect and hospitality". This is one mantra that represents our country as the Incredible India.
     The current population of India is Approx 139 crores as of April, 2020. If you are wondering how many states are there in India, the answer is 28 states and 8 union territories.
     Culture of India is very interesting. Over the centuries, there has been a significant fusion of cultures between Buddhists, Hindus, Muslims, Jains, Sikhs and various tribal population of India. India is one of the world's oldest and most diverse cultures. Here is an overview of Indian customs and traditions.
     Delhi is the capital of India. The seven wonders of the world is situated in India, yes I want to say about Taj Mahal. The Taj Mahal is a beautiful white marble mausoleum in the city of Agra, India. It is widely considered to be one of the greatest architectural masterpieces in the world and is listed as one of the new seven wonders of the world.

Indian Flag:-  Three color you get in Indian flag. Its commonly known as Tiranga ( Meaning-Three color). The three colors are saffron, white and Green. The saffron color of the flag is a symbol of courage and sacrifice. White color represents honesty, peace and chivalry. It is a symbol of prosperity, vibrancy and life.

National parks of India:-  There were 104 National parks as of  May 2019. Jaldapara National Park is famous for one horned Asiatic Rhinos. Its situated in Alipurduar district of India state West Bengal.

Indian Currency:-  Rupee is the official currency of India.

Occupation:- Agriculture is the most important sector of Indian economy.  India is an agriculture based country. About 70% of the population is engaged in this activity. Indian agriculture sector accounts for 18% of India's Gross Domestic Product ( GDP ). It is said that agriculture in India is a backbone for Indian economy.  Indian IT industry is having a contribution of over 7.7% GDP in the year of  2018. Indian IT sector comprises of BPO as its most significant and growth promoting components too. So the IT industry boom in India is really impressive.
